Vision:

The Vision of the Independent Psychiatric Services OMHC is to promote the well-being of the individuals and families residing in the Southern Maryland community by providing accessible, quality mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, and their families, utilizing a service system that emphasizes trust, respect, confidentiality, and compassion. We are committed to quality mental health care that is provided in a collaborative effort with clients' overall health strategies and an array of medical services. Independent Psychiatric Services OMHC is committed to the philosophy that we exist for the patient/client.

Mission:

The mission of Independent Psychiatric Services OMHC is to provide quality psychiatric services that are compassionate, age and culturally appropriate to persons with mental illnesses in the community which it serves. To foster wellness by preventative strategies and early interventions.
